Return Process

  Log into your City Home account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
